Meet Vivian
The Woman Who Built a Legacy
Vivian, the youngest of three, was born in New York but grew up in Aibonito, Puerto Rico. As a child, she loved being active and playing around with her brother and sister. As a mother, she was strict yet deeply supportive — raising four children, all of whom became successful professionals with stable, independent lives.
Vivian excelled in her career, starting as a beauty technician, then working as a secretary and receptionist at a pharmaceutical company before working her way up to sales management. She was even working remotely back in the 90s, long before it was common. She traveled for work, pushed through challenges, and turned a life with humble beginnings into one of accomplishment.
The Evolution

The house was originally a simple wooden home in Cidra. Over the years, as Vivian progressed in her career, the house was expanded with a carport and an upstairs apartment — growing right alongside the family it sheltered.

Later, when Vivian passed the home's care to one of her children, it underwent a major transformation. With a vision to create an Airbnb, the property gained a heated pool and hospitality-focused enhancements — turning a cherished family home into a welcoming retreat for guests from around the world.
Today, Vivian's Relaxation Retreat stands as a testament to both hard work and a new chapter of hospitality. The same care and dedication that Vivian brought to everything she did now lives on in every detail of the guest experience.
